Preci-Turn
NX-Series Heavy Duty Straight Bed CNC Machines are specially designed
for long heavy duty shaft type jobs. Heavy duty construction of the
machine is the key feature of the machine to turn a job very precisely
with shortest machining time for a long period.
Spindle is mounted on Super Precision Angular Contact
Bearings at both the ends. Spindle & Headstock assembly is so
designed to deliver higher accuracy as well as axial & radial
stiffness.
Machine Control Panel (MCP) having all the controls
of the machine and fixed to achieve maximum operating convenience.
Tool Turret is available with Live Tool option to
facilitate Turning, Milling & Drilling on the same single set
up (Optional for higher versions of CNC controllers).
